I resisted getting a computer for years, was just completely intimidated by the idea of using one. Once I bought one, and Jaime set up and taught me how to use it, I was hooked.
When I do get stuck with a problem, I never hesitate to ask Jaime; he never makes me feel stupid, and when the problem is solved he makes sure I know what to do for myself the next time. He really knows Macs literally inside and out.
I'm proud to say that Jaime took me from being a person living in the technological stone age, to one who, when called a nerd by her daughter-in-law, took it as a compliment and said "Thank you". Thank Jaime!

I was hesitant to call someone whose name I had just ripped off a flyer posted on a wall...much to my surprise my first conversation with Jaime was reassuring and supportive. He assured me that my G4 was fine and gave me a shopping list. I bought some RAM, OS X (I had been terrified of OS X), an external CD burner and a hard drive.
Jaime arrived with his professional, organized, calm, precise, patient manner and soon my G4 was doing things it had never done before... including running without crashing!!! For the first time EVERYTHING was running and I was capable of using it all.
Jaime is genuinely a great guy who has changed forever my relationship with my computer. Before him I was driving a Model T...now my computer runs like a NASCAR!!!! He is the BEST!!!
